The schedule for coffee and donut sales is as follows:

Sustainability and Garden

• Worked on environmental presentation planning
•  Presentation to happen on April 4 (Earth Day)
• Most likely two presentations: one on our school's carbon footprint and what the club is doing to work on improving our environmental impact, and one on national environmental news and what students can do (calling representatives, etc.)
• Assigned areas of research:
• Eliza - fracking
• Karen - videos
• Chloe - native plants
• Darcy - energy conservation measures
• Jud - Santa Fe River
• Cora - state representatives' contact information / 350.org info
• Mr. Alei - legislative decisions / national news 

• For those not in the Garden committee interested in working on this presentation (we need all of the help we can get!) we will meet on Fridays at lunch. 
• Informative brochure:
• to be given out at the assembly...
• sections: "Know your native plants,"  "energy conservation measures and YOUR carbon footprint," and "Contacts: Who to call" - state reps, local environmental organizations, etc.

• City Council Hearing Trip:
• Wednesday, Feb 29 (tomorrow!)
• 6:30 - meet at Desert
• 9:00 - return to school
• If you intend to be a part of this, please bring your signed permission form!

• Valles Caldera Cross Country Ski Trip
• Friday, March 9
• 8:30 to 4 pm
• $15 if you need rentals
• Permission forms due by Friday, March 2
