Outdoors Club Meeting Minutes - April 18^th!

Hey all! So excited that we’re going to be having the Pancake Social and club hike next week! Thank you all so much for all of your work, creativity, and positivity. Please let me know if you have any questions. We’re really starting spring off on an exciting foot. Hopefully we can do some planting before the year is over as well!

Hike

11:30 - 3 pm on the Atalaya trail! If you’re going, make sure to check in with your C and D Block teachers to confirm that it’s okay. Remember to bring snacks and a water bottle!

Pancake Social Job and Supplies List

Supplies:

Waffle Irons: Cora, Darcy, Amelia, Jud, Mr. Mathis (Bring by Thursday 4/24)

    Griddle: Alex Alsop, Abby Tiarks, & Scott Rice (bring these by Thursday 4/24)

    Ladles and Spatulas: Jud and Alex Alsup

    Syrup: Jud (Sam’s Club)

    Pancake batter ingredients: Jud (Trader Joe’s)

    Fresh Fruit: Apples, Raspberries, Strawberries, bananas: Jud(Sam’s Club & Trader Joe’s)

    Chocolate Chips: Jud (Trader Joe’s)

    Butter: Jud (Trader Joe’s)

    Reusable plastic plates and utensils: Jud (Sam’s Club)

    Hot and cold cups: Jud (Sam’s Club)

Responsibilities:

All club members should be on campus by 7:00 on Friday, 4/25.  We will start serving at 7:15.  Jud will be on site with the facilities opened by 6:45 am.

    Bussing dining tables: Eliza, Cassidy

    Wiping down cleared tables: Isaac & Darcy

    Dish washer: All Cleanup below

    Event Cleanup: Jud, Darcy, Amelia, Cassidy, Isaac, Karen, Eliza (check with Mr. Richards)
